We’re excited to announce that not one, not two, but THREE brand new HOTWORX sessions are now available at Optimal Health Club! Hot Warrior, Hot Pilates, and Hot Core join the video library. We’ve also added a new version of Hot Iso, the original HOTWORX isometric workout session. Hot Yoga, Hot Buns, Hot Roll, and Hot Zen sessions are still offered as well. We can’t wait for you to experience the new sessions or even your first HOTWORX session!
We were thrilled to have Nichole Mellison, a professional fitness athlete, as the Virtual Instructor for this high intensity HOTWORX workout! This workout is an accelerated version of Hot Iso and was designed for athletes. There is less time to rest between postures and an added emphasis placed on form and technique. Nichole motivates you to “earn the burn” through the entire 30 minute session!
Hot Warrior is perfect for athletes to use as a supplement to their current training program and is designed to benefit any sport. This workout is also excellent for athletic training recovery!
Tori Cowen, your Miss Florida 2014, joined us for another incredible HOTWORX shoot as the Virtual Instructor for Hot Pilates. This workout is the HOTWORX version of Hot Pilates. It provides an intense core workout, while focusing on the principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
This is the first ever 30-minute session designed for core training and self-myofascial release with a foam roller. Rachael Todd, Virtual Instructor for Hot Iso, guides you through another great HOTWORX session. The first half of the workout consists of focused abdominal, hip and lower back work, for the CORE. Core strength is vital. Everything begins and ends with the core! The second half provides for a self-administered deep tissue massage guided by the virtual instructor. With this HOTWORX foam roll session, there is no better way to accelerate workout recovery and to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
