I have been involved in the fitness industry my whole life. Whether it be playing sports, working out, or just having an active lifestyle, I have always done something to keep my body healthy. After having spent the last eight years in the healthcare industry, I decided to use my passion for fitness to help others. Seeing others work towards and reach their goals is very fulfilling, and being a personal trainer was a natural step. My focus is to help my clients, including men, women and youth, get stronger, leaner and reach their fitness goals. That may include running a 5k, fitting into those jeans, or just feeling better about yourself. I like to think that if you train hard and stay consistent you can reach any goal you set for yourself.
