Cycling is a high intensity cardio fitness class that provides an unparalleled level of calorie burn. Optimal offers cycling multiple times a week in small group settings.

Cycle Basics

1) Classes run about 45-55 minutes
2) Spaces are reserved at the front desk, starting one hour prior to  class.
3) You must be present to sign up for a bike. No exceptions.
4) If you do not intend to stay for the whole class please do no take a spot.
