When you sign up for a membership at Optimal Health Club, all our fitness classes become available to you at no extra charge. We offer an array of opportunities for group fitness, such as:

  • Yoga classes
  • Zumba classes
  • Kickboxing classes

Our classes are available seven days a week and are designed for all skill levels. They typically last 45 minutes to an hour. You’ll find everything from traditional kickboxing classes to weight sessions involving black lights and glow sticks. You’re welcome to try out different classes on different days to find the ones that are right for your fitness goals. All our trainers are CPR-certified.

We offer classes for all skill levels

From cardio-focused classes to yoga sessions, Optimal Health Club has something for everyone. Our classes include:

Bokwa – A new cardio dance class that uses easy to recognize shapes and figures to create an easy to follow and fun routine. The next incarnation of Zumba.

Barre– Use a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Body Shock– Train at your personal best with combination of cardio intervals and muscle strengthening moves for an explosive total body work out. Shock your body into shape!  

Club Cardio – Don’t let the black lights, lasers and glow sticks fool you, this class is all business. Containing a lot of plyometric and body weight exercises. The concept may seem novel, but the workout is tried and true.

Core-N-More – Toby works on your core, but also if he wants to can work on some more.

Energy Unlimited – Get your heart racing on Monday and burn off the weekend excess.

H.I.I.T – High intensity interval training.

Happy Hour – Celebrate Friday Optimal Style! A one hour class consisting of Cardio and upper/ lower body exercises. Format varies weekly. Low impact , step interval… 1st person to arrive chooses format and musical genre.

Intro to Yoga – For those who have never done Yoga or are intimidated by trying it. This is the chance to come and learn what it is all about.

Interval Step – This morning class is a great intro to beginners. It incorporates the basics of step aerobic and low impact workouts.

Lower Body Blast – strengthen your core with this 45 minute class concentrating on the lower body. Targets abs, glutes & thighs.

Kickboxing –  Not only is cardio kickboxing fun it burns calories at a very rapid pace. So, whether you are a fighter of just trying to lose some extra weight this is a great cardio.

Pop Pilates – Pop Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can.

Power & Intensity – It’s Saturday morning and we pretty much have Toby do whatever the heck he wants to do. This class incorporates all types of training styles and can change up depending on his mood.

PiYO – Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.

Tobada – As with all Toby’s classes this is an intense cardio workout, with a focus on interval and circuit training.

Yoga – This is an all levels class, with movements that are able to be done my beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Our Yoga classes are kept small to allow for some individual attention where needed.

Zumba – Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.
